The documentary discusses the problem, the pressures and the people who worked together to create a regional solution and write Tampa Bay's greatest environmental success story.

The screening will be followed by a panel discussion on the importance of the agency, both historically and in the future. Tampa Bay Water Board Member and City of St. Petersburg Councilmember Lisset Hanewicz will serve as a panelist along with former Hillsborough County Commissioner and Tampa Bay Water Board Member, Ed Turanchik, and former Pinellas County Commissioner and Tampa Bay Water Board Member Steve Seibert. The panel discussion will be moderated by Dr. Christopher Meindl, Director of the Florida Studies Program at the University of South Florida.
