Every three years, Tampa Bay Water conducts a public opinion survey to collect information and measure citizen attitudes and behaviors on important water supply issues, such as available water supply, water sources, cost, water quality, conservation measures and more. Downs & St. Germain Research conducted the 2021 survey in August and September. Preliminary geographic questions ensured participants were customers of Tampa Bay Water’s member governments. An overview of the survey findings was presented at the October board meeting.
