Wanda Dunnigan joined Tampa Bay Water Dec. 7 as the utility’s human resources director and newest member of its executive team. Dunnigan has 25 years of increasingly responsible human resources experience, 18 of which have been in the public sector. She previously served as a human resources manager with Hillsborough County Public Utilities and the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority before moving to the role of senior manager overseeing employee relations and talent acquisition at the Tampa International Airport. Most recently, Dunnigan served as director of human resources for HART.
Dunnigan is a Senior Certified HR Professional through the Society of Human Resources (SHRM) and a member of the Florida Public Employer Labor Relations Association (FPELRA) and Association for Talent Development (ATD).
