Community Meetings for South Hillsborough Pipeline Begin in October
Construction, | | Return

The design for the South Hillsborough Pipeline is 60% complete, meaning the project team has identified the location of the pipeline within the approved route corridor, and public meetings are about to begin.

Tampa Bay Water will host several community meetings in October and November to share information and answer questions related to the South Hillsborough Pipeline project. The in-person meetings will be parsed into sections of the pipeline, so residents receive information specific to their communities. Additionally, an online meeting will be available for residents who cannot attend in person. Residents along the pipeline route will receive a postcard invitation with their unique meeting information in the mail.

The South Hillsborough Pipeline will be 26 miles long and will deliver up to 65 million gallons of water per day  to fast-growing southern Hillsborough County when it is completed in 2028.

If you’d like to see where the pipeline is in relation to your property, you can enter your address into an interactive map tool. For more information on the South Hillsborough Pipeline, visit SouthHillsboroughPipeline.com.
