In May 2003, the Tampa Bay Water board of  directors approved the 2003 Long-Term Water SupplyPlan of the Master Water Plan.  In accordance with the interlocal agreement between Tampa Bay Water and its Member Governments, the Plan must be updated every five years. The Long-Term Plan demonstrates that there are sufficient project options available to meet the future drinking water supply needs of our region.

The Long-Term Plan addresses current and future facilities, customer demand, analyzes existing transmission facilities, inventories current and potential permits and regulations related to drinking water, and analyzes current and future drinking water sources.
