Pipeline installation will begin the week of June 29, 2007. Construction will start at the Northwest Hillsborough Well No. 7 site, located west of the Veterans Expressway and north of Van Dyke Road.

Construction will proceed west along the south side of Van Dyke Road toward Dale Mabry Highway. Construction crews will be working in the unpaved right-of-way along the pipeline route. Speeds will be limited along affected roads, so motorists should allow extra drive time and use caution when traveling in construction zones.
