Tampa Bay Water's policy is directed by a nine-member board of directors from our member governments: Hillsborough County, Pasco County, Pinellas County, New Port Richey, St. Petersburg and Tampa. The board is comprised of two elected representatives from each member county and one elected representative from each member city to ensure balanced voting power.
