The following documents were necessary to restructure the agency: Amended and Restated Interlocal Agreement - supercedes the Interlocal Agreement that formed West Coast Regional Water Supply Authority in 1974; outlines the terms under which Tampa Bay Water is created.Master Water Supply Contract - supercedes and replaces 45 separate water supply agreements and their amendments upon implementation; outlines water quality parameters, rates and points of connection.
